Test Yourself for Low Estrogen During the Perimenopausal and Menopausal Periods

If your total score is less than 4 points, it is unlikely you have a low estrogen level.  If your total score is between 5-9 points it is possible you have a low estrogen level.  If your total score is over 9 points, that suggests the likelihood of a low estrogen level.
